I love to cook it is my passion. It was a long road. This collection of recipes represents a labor of love that dates back to the 1950’s with Grama’s cookie recipes and continues through today with new ideas, methods and ingredients. Please use it to feed family and friends as often as you can. Whatever the occasion take time to cook and include your children and or grandchildren its makes for great memories.
Old recipes need to be passed on, and new recipes need to be experimented with. This cookbook represents a combination of the old and new. Don’t be afraid to play around with the ingredients for they are only guide lines, have fun and experiment always.

Some really great recipes. Just made the Italian cookies and they were yummmmmy. The kids tore them up. Tomorrow meatloaf -)
Tried the Italian Meatboalls and Grandma's Sweet Cinnamon Rolls. Both were easy to make and deliouse. I am definately glad I ordered this cook book and I plan on trying many more of these receipts. I have in excess of 35 cook books but I think this will be my favorite.
This book is a copilation of a bunch of great classic recipies. I'm definitely a foodie so I have a high bar. I started with the Italian Meatballs which have a secret ingredient that I can't disclose but my family said they were the best ever. Pretty surprised as mine are really good. Topped it with Dar Dar's spaghetti sauce which takes 4 hours but your house will smell like a Tuscan Kitchen, right out of Italy. My wife is 100% Italian so she was in Heaven. Don't you dare use powdered parmesan cheese, get the best you can find and use fresh spices (there are a lot) but it makes all the difference in the world. Everyone needs a staple, go to book for classics like Chicken Parmesan, French Onion Soup, or a great Caesar Salad. We all build off those bases. These are tried and true.
