Once again Ms. Cooper-Posey pulls the reader in immediately with her fast-paced romantic suspence. I'd been reading a half-dozen other things without any real committment, but within 5 minutes of starting "Fatal Wild Child" I was totally sucked in and unable to put it down. The story takes place in the Canadian Rockies at Christmas time, and I could almost feel the crunch of snow under my feet as I read. Gabrielle and Seth find instant chemistry, but somehow it never comes across as far-fetched. And while the cover art-work evokes the book's sensuality, at the end one is left with the delicious sense of having spent time with some truly intelligent, sensible and responsible individuals who had the good fortune to find each other (and some very nice passion!) in a chaotic world, and the determination to make it work.Product details

Short and sweet story about falling for the man that saves your life and then protects you from the bad guys.
This book kept my interest until the very end. Seth is a military man who meets with Gabriella who's brakes gives out and he stops her with the truck and her car lands in the icy water. He jumps in to get her and their story continues. It is more than a romance read and I recommend everyone to read it.
Ms. Cooper-Posey once again works her magic displaying her special gift for bringing a story alive.
Fatal Wild Child is a delightful blend of romance and suspense that with each page turned seems to hurtle along at full throttle holding the reader captive and with each twist and depth of emotion turns something ordinary into the unforgettable and impossible to put down. The detailed and descriptive plotline is full of drama and action visually with each stimulating scenes, believable characters enabling the reader to feel and see everything that takes place in the story. The utterly charming relationship between Seth and Gabrielle is romantic, tender and moving. The characters are extremely well-defined with boundless emotional depth and charming appeal. The involvement of Gabrielle's family enhances the drama and suspense of the plot as well as helping the reader better understand Gabrielle.
A terrific concoction filled with choice amounts of danger, passion and suspense that shouldn't be missed!
Refreshing and quick read combining intrigue, action and romance all into one great story. Gabrielle (a movie star) and Seth (a special forces Captain) are brought together literally by an accident, which later turns out it was not. Their connection blossoms while protecting her and solving an enigma. The other characters are also entertaining, while the twists and turns keep you glued to the pages. Kudos on a job well done.
Closing her eyes, and counting to ten . . . Breathe in, breathe out. Christmas break is over in two weeks right? Most people can't wait to spend time with their families over the holiday break. Gabrielle just wants to get away from all the awkward. Always feeling like the family klutz, the one who brings the family name down, she just wants this holiday to be done.
Seth O'Connor was just happy to be home. Ready for a little "normal" time in his life. That small piece of normal, didn't last very long. After something unknown catches his attention, he see a Mustang flying down the road at a crazy rate of speed. Jumping in his truck, he is able to keep up the Mustang enough to know something is wrong. The Mustang isn't stopping because the driver can't make it stop . . . up a head a very dangerous curve, quick thinking and perfect timing. Seth is able to aid the driver in avoiding the dangerous curve, however, it puts the Mustang in the freezing river near by. After Seth pulls Gabrielle from the river he realizes . . . I am in the presence of Gabrielle Sherborne. Her father Cameron Mackenzie Sherborne a big name in Hollywood, a film producer and entertainment entrepreneur.
Off active duty, Seth just wants to relax. However, after returning to the crash site with a buddy and scuba gear, to try to retrieve Gabrielle her camera and laptop, Seth finds more than what he went for. Someone didn't want that Mustang to stop. After snapping photos of the device that was use and sending them for information, Seth is put back on active duty. Take a wonderful ride with Gabrielle and Seth, as they discover their lives are about to cross paths in ways they could never imagine. Gabrielle and Seth learn about one another, encouraging a bond neither expected. If Seth can just deal with the nuts in her family tree . . . this may very well be her little piece of paradise, and his as well.
I enjoyed this book very much, and would highly recommend to anyone who enjoys a little romance and suspense.
